Plenty of white shrimp with a savory smell and the rich taste of Toyama comes to use in these senbei, made by our famous Toyama craftsmen. These individually baked senbei are made from Toyama-grown Koshihikari rice, the starch of Hokkaido-grown Bareisho potatoes, deep-sea water and deep-sea salt.
