Hamaguri no Hitsumabushi
Histsumabushi, a famous food from Nagoya is mixed with famous Kuwana clams. Enjoy this dish by putting the clams and the fried egg on rice like a Hitsumabushi. Please enjoy the first serving as it is, the second one with seasonings and the third one with stock soup.
