Mokumoku Farm is a "factory farm" founded with support from national, prefectural, and local governments as well as many consumers under the themes of Nature, Agriculture and Handmade Goods. They make products with the theme "Safe and delicious." They raise Iga pork to make hams and wieners, grow hops for micro brewing local beer, grow rice for making our own Japanese sweets, and grow barley for making breads, pastas and baked sweets. You can see each step in the process of making our handmade goods, and even try to make them by yourself.
