Unazuki Hot Springs is located in Kurobe city, Toyama. Japanese-style hotels and health resorts stand along the gorge of the Kurobe river and there are many shopping streets and souvenir shops spread out through the town, which is the largest hot spring resort in Toyama. The alkaline water of the hot springs is clear and mild to your skin. The temperature of the hot springs' source is 87.8C, and keeps you warm long after you leave the springs. Thus it is recognized as being effective against rheumatism, physical disorders and neurosis. This area is also the base of the Kurobe Gorge Tourism Trolley.
