Tojinbo

Tojinbo

Tojinbo is a cliff face eroded by the sea, roughly 25 m tall. Legends say it is named after a corrupt Buddhist priest from the Heisenji Temple in Katsuyama, who so enraged the local people that they threw him into the ocean from here.
